Introduction

Luocha is an Imaginary-Type following the Path of Abundance. He is able to recover health for allies, dispel debuffs placed on them, and remove buffs placed on enemies.
His Skill can restore a certain amount of HP to a single designated ally. When any ally’s HP falls to 50% or below, an effect equivalent to Luocha’s Skill will be immediately triggered. His Ultimate dispels one buff from every enemy target, and deals Imaginary damage to all enemies. Using his Skill or Ultimate will accumulate stacks of Abyss Flower. When Abyss Flower reaches 2 stacks, consume all Abyss Flowers to deploy a Field. If any enemy within the Field is attacked, the ally that launched the attack will immediately restore a certain amount of HP.

Skills Overview

Basic Attack – Thorns of the Abyss

Deals Imaginary DMG equal to 50%–110% of Luocha’s ATK to a single enemy.

Skill – Prayer of Abyss Flower

After using his Skill, Luocha immediately restores the target ally’s HP equal to 40%–64% of Luocha’s ATK plus 200–890. Meanwhile, Luocha gains 1 stack of Abyss Flower.
When any ally’s HP percentage drops to 50% or lower, an effect equivalent to Luocha’s Skill will immediately be triggered and applied to this ally for one time (without consuming Skill Points). This effect can be triggered again after 2 turn(s).

Ultimate – Death Wish

Removes 1 buff(s) from all enemies and deals Imaginary DMG equal to 120%–240% of Luocha’s ATK to all enemies. Luocha gains 1 stack of Abyss Flower.

Talent – Cycle of Life

When Abyss Flower reaches 2 stacks, Luocha consumes all stacks of Abyss Flower to deploy a Field against the enemy.
When any enemy in the Field is attacked by an ally, the attacking ally’s HP is immediately restored by an amount equal to 12%–19.2% of Luocha’s ATK plus 60–267.
The Field’s effect lasts for 2 turns. When Luocha is knocked down, the Field will be dispelled.

Technique – Mercy of a Fool

After the Technique is used, the Talent will be immediately triggered at the start of the next battle.

Ascension 2 – Cleansing Revival

When the Skill’s effect is triggered, removes 1 debuff(s) from a target ally.

Ascension 4 – Sanctified

When any enemy in the Field is attacked by an ally, all allies (except the attacker) restore HP equal to 7% of Luocha’s ATK plus 93.

Ascension 6 – Through the Valley

The chance to resist Crowd Control debuffs increases by 70%.

1) Echoes of the Coffin (5⭐)

Increases the wearer’s ATK by 24~40%. After the wearer uses an attack, for each different enemy target the wearer hits, regenerates 3~5 Energy. Each attack can regenerate Energy up to 3 time(s) this way. After the wearer uses their Ultimate, all allies gain 12~20 SPD for 1 turn.

2) Night of Fright (5⭐)

Increases the wearer’s Energy Regeneration Rate by 12~20%. When any ally uses their Ultimate, the wearer restores HP for the ally currently with the lowest HP percentage by an amount equal to 10~14% of the healed ally’s Max HP. When the wearer provides healing for an ally, increases the healed ally’s ATK by 2.4~4.0%. This effect can stack up to 5 times and lasts for 2 turn(s).

3) Time Waits for No One (5⭐)

Increases the wearer’s Max HP by 18~30% and Outgoing Healing by 12~20%. When the wearer heals allies, record the amount of Outgoing Healing. When any ally launches an attack, a random attacked enemy takes additional DMG equal to 36~60% of the recorded Outgoing Healing value. The type of this Additional DMG is of the same Type as the wearer’s. This Additional DMG is not affected by other buffs, and can only occur 1 time per turn.

4) Shared Feeling (4⭐)

Increases the wearer’s Outgoing Healing by 10~20%. When using Skill, regenerates 2~4 Energy for all allies.

5) Perfect Timing (4⭐)

Increases the wearer’s Effect RES by 16~32% and increases Outgoing Healing by an amount that is equal to 33~45% of Effect RES. Outgoing Healing can be increased this way by up to 15~27%.

6) Post-Op Conversation (4⭐)

Increases the wearer’s Energy Regeneration Rate by 8~16% and increases Outgoing Healing when they use their Ultimate by 12~24%.

7) Hey, Over Here (4⭐)

Increases the wearer’s Max HP by 8~12%. When the wearer uses Skill, increases Outgoing Healing by 16~28%, lasting for 2 turns.

8) Quid Pro Quo (4⭐)

At the start of the wearer’s turn, regenerates 8~16 Energy for a randomly chosen ally (excluding the wearer) whose current Energy is lower than 50%.

2 Piece: Increases the wearer’s Max HP by 12%. When the wearer’s SPD reaches 120 or higher, all allies’ ATK increases by 8%.

2 Piece: Increases wearer’s Energy Regeneration Rate by 5%. Increases DMG by 10% for all other allies that are of the same Type as the wearer.

Team Recommendations

Luocha is a universal healer so he can fit in ANY team that requires a healer, listing them all would be quite pointless because there are endless teams that want him to be in their party. But as a basic guideline:
