Jolanta Szylobryt Robson, 46, passed away Friday, August 9, 2024 after a brave battle with cancer.
Mrs. Robson was born in Bogdaniec, Poland to Piotr and Maria Kurmin Szylobryt.
Jolanta moved from Poland a little over 20 years ago to the United States. She was a devoted wife, mother, and daughter and loved being involved with her children’s activities.
She is survived by her parents, Piotr and Maria Szylobryt; her husband, Alex Robson; son, Jacob Robson; daughter, Emily Robson; sister, Monika Miziolek and a brother, Pawel Szylobryt.
A celebration of life service will be held and live streamed at Groce Funeral Home at Lake Julian on Saturday, August 31, 2024 at 1:00 pm.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, www.cancer.org

My heart is so broken. I will surely miss my friend. Jola was a wonderful person. Her last words to me were “I am a fighter.” And she was. She was a strong, smart, and a caring person. My prayers are with Alex, Jacob, Emily, and all of her family and friends. May the Lord comfort each one of you as only He can. I will only say bye to my special friend until we see you again.Reply
- Wonderful and delightful, Jola was an exceptional person, both to work with and to know. She loved her family and often shared the sweet experiences of her life at home with us, her coworkers.

- I’m so sorry to hear of Jola’s passing. I was Jacob and Emily’s preschool teacher so many years ago and Jola was incredibly kind to me. She will be dearly missed.

- I am so sorry to hear this. I worked for Jola awhile back and she was a wonderful person. I know she will be truly missed. I didn’t know she was battling cancer but I feel your pain as I just lost my mother to cancer on the 7th. My prayer and thoughts are with you.

- I first met Jola 16 years ago working at BorgWarner in Michigan. I always knew her a someone people loved working with. She was always willing to lend a helping hand even when it wasn’t her direct responsibility, a kind and generous person. She will be missed. Her family is in my thoughts and prayers.

Kochana Jolu, cóż można powiedzieć w obecnej sytuacji , przykro mi że tak się stało ,do końca wierzyliśmy . Wierzyliśmy i mieliśmy nadzieję.
Nie martw się, dzieci są pod świetna opieka ( choć nic i nikt nie zastąpi im Ciebie ). Zawsze pozostaniesz w naszych sercach. Bóg czasem potrzebuje tych dobrych ludzi , ty byłaś jednym z nich. ❤️❤️❤️Reply
Kochana Jolu, czy można teraz próbować odnaleźć słowa, które oddałyby cały ból po utracie Ciebie… Nie ma sensu – nie da sie takich słów odnaleźć. Ktos napisał “Wojowniczka” – tak! Nigdy nie usłyszałam, że zwątpiłaś w powodzenie planów.
Trudno uwierzyć, że ten plan na dalsze życie nie pozostał w Twoich rękach. Zapewne uczyniłabyś ze swojego życia jeszcze piękniejszą drogę do naśladowania przez innych. Dziękuję losowi, że dał mi możliwość poznania Ciebie. Na zawsze w Moim Sercu…Reply
I had the pleasure of working closely with Jola for many years. She had a great personality and always tried to make things fun, even if the topic was not.
She always talked to me about her family. She loved her kids and husband deeply and anytime you sat down to talk with her, her family was part of the conversation.
My sincere condolences go out to her family and the family will be in my prayers.
